Fairtrade NAPP producers in complying with Fairtrade standards by ensuring that workers' rights are upheld in areas such as wages, working conditions, safety, and access to social benefits. It provides training and technical support to help producers meet these standards, ensuring that workers are treated with dignity and respect while benefiting from Fairtrade premiums for community development and personal well-being.

To support the protection and advancement of workers' rights, Fairtrade NAPP provides training and capacity-building programs to both employers and workers on topics such as labour rights, safe working environments, gender equality, and workers’ welfare. These programs emphasize the importance of freedom of association, non-discrimination, and reasonable working hours. Furthermore, Fairtrade NAPP work closely with producers and workers' committees to foster transparent and inclusive decision-making processes. These efforts empower workers to engage in dialogue with employers, participate in organizational leadership, and raise concerns about working conditions or rights violations.

Fairtrade NAPP plays a significant role in advocating for workers' rights both within the Fairtrade system and at a broader regional level. Through targeted advocacy initiatives, Fairtrade NAPP works closely with stakeholders such as governments, NGOs, development organizations, and private sector partners to create a collaborative environment where all parties are invested in improving working conditions and labour standards within the agricultural sector.
