Head of HR

Fairtrade International is looking for a Head of HR, who will be responsible for:

all aspects of operational HR management, planning and development
delivering a high quality service to employees and line managers on all HR-related aspects
providing guidance to the Senior Management Team and the Executive Director, and recommending pragmatic solutions in line with best practices
providing senior support to Fairtrade International’s People Committee, a sub-committee of the Fairtrade International Board
leading the work with Fairtrade International’s Works Council for a trustful collaboration
Implement processes for the measurement and management of performance and management succession planning so as to ensure that employees are appropriately developed and rewarded
